Michael Gard: I Am in my **th Year of life* I have difficulty Hearing* Technician spoke only very broken English with a very stong Accent* this was extrememly hard for me to decipher, and to make it more difficult the Tech. was female with a very hight pitched voice which is out of my best hearing range* furthermor she refused to let me speak with someone with a North American speech pattern !!!!!
