~carm: you are dealing with central america. They are very good at apologizing, greeting etc.. But your problem does not get solved! they give you the run around. I shipped a defective item UPS i have confirmation that it was received over three weeks ago from ups. but central america keeps saying as soon as we receive we will send replacement? I gave them the tracking number to see for them selfs but they dont know how to proceed. They keep saying we wait till defect is received?? Unbelievable. You cannot get ahold of anyone in US.. dont ship or order anything on line!!!!
