~NeverAgain: Phone cuts off constantly. The usual high call volume BS. We used this airlines once before and they were an hour late. Talked to others and horror stories were worse. They charged my credit card $** while I was in the air and never used it. I tried to call and find out why and I was FORCED to send an email that literally took TWO MONTHS to get a response to. They were WRONG in the charge so I had to email back and I will have to wait another two months to get a response. Why should I expect anything better from a customer service phone number with these schmucks. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra *** bucks and fly with a real airline.
